Academic Background
Kai Arzheimer has been Professor of Political Science at Mainz University since 2009 (in the department of Methods of Empirical Political Research until 2013, and in Domestic Politics and Political Sociology since then). Before that, he was a lecturer in German and European Politics in the Department of Government, University of Essex, Great Britain.
